Feel the beet 🥙 I pita the fools who dont like hummus Quick recipe here : - 2 Beets (pressure cooked 2 seetis and peeled) - 150 g chickpeas soaked overnight + boiled - 6-7 garlic cloves - Crushed pepper lots of it - Juice of One lemon - 3 spoons Tahini, else 100g Hung Curd -Ice Cold water ( you may need this in case the chickpeas arent mushy, else the hummus wont seem creamy) -1 Tsp Cumin Powder preferably from roasted cumin -1 Tsp Chilli Powder - EVOO to drizzle lots of it Take everything and give a nice blend till smoooth. Add water spoon by spoon so to get the right consistency. Water emulsifies the mix but be careful not to go overboard :) Drizzle with EVOO and chilli powder once done. Be generous with the EVOO ok :) Enjoy with Fresh rotis, toasted pita, toasted brown bread, cream crackers, Monaco or sticks of carrots and cucumber.
