I LOVE strawberries. The small, dark red, so fragrant they smell like sugar strawberries. Juicy ones. Nothing else needed. I could eat a quart at a time. But…. I can’t always get them. And supermarket strawberries are sometimes good but sometimes not. So, for my summer strawberry fix I dress them up a bit to bring out as much flavor as possible. Stuffing them with sweetened cheese and whipped cream does it for me! They look fancy but are amazingly easy to make.
