fried green tomatoes halloween costumes!
they agreed to stick to a bee theme, however ruth was not pleased with idgie’s take on the prompt (boo-bee).
ruth, of course, scolded her, both for the vulgar joke and ruining nice sheets. at the end of her angry rambling, she tacked on a “what jesus would think of such a thing,” and idgie did her best to withhold all comments about what jesus might think about breasts to not further escalate the situation.
