I hate Timmy Turner’s parents so much!

His grandpa is okay, though, so why did they ban Timmy and his grandpa from being with each other ever again? Was it because they thought he was a bad influence to their son that they never even wanted in the first place? Or was it because they didn't want him to be around nice people? No wonder they chose that bitch of a babysitter named Vicky instead, just so they could go out and drink, smoke, do drugs (I don't really know if it's the case or not, but still) and maybe even have sex with each other 24/7??? If you're not going to be responsible and really take care of your kid, then just fucking give them up for adoption instead! Or better yet, don't ever have any kids!

Maybe Cosmo and Wanda should probably adopt him or something (they may be his fairy godparents, but still)!

So we are covid exposed. A teacher at my son's tiny school has tested positive and all I can think about is how I saw a teacher without a mask and didn't say anything.

I don't think covid is a hoax so I'm not sure why I failed so spectacularly at saying something. My parents used to bribe me to not start shit. And then I get the golden opportunity to start shit and I fucking don't.

This feels like a massive failure on my part. And it might get worse.

I frequently feel like an imposter when I'm parenting. I don't know how I made it to forty and I don't know how I'm not a raging Trump nazi. I believe it was my parents, but if that's the case they should be raising my kids not me.

I couldn't even yell at an idiot WHEN IT MATTERED. I fucking suck.

I can't with this kid anymore.

I am incapable of restraining my temper when he screams. I clapped my hand over his mouth and told him in no uncertain terms I was sick of his screaming. I said fuck a lot.

He's 3.

My kids - my son in particular - makes me dizzy with emotion sometimes. J also has that ability, but if it happened as frequently with him as it does with these kids I'd be drinking again.

I went from incredibly irritated with my son to a huge swell of love that I felt in my chest to frustrated and angry all in fifteen minutes. Angry enough, by the way, to tell him I'm not going to read to him tonight, which is fucking stupid. I just gave him every reason to disobey me because I already told him he's punished 🙄

Why the fuck do all my good parenting ideas fall the fuck out of my fucking head right when I fucking need them the most??

The recalled chests and dressers are unstable if they are not properly anchored to the wall, posing a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard that can result in death or injuries to children.

Well, as much as my heart goes out to the kids who died from that misfortune, it’s the parents’ fault that the MALM dressers are going to be recalled because IMO, MALM dressers are not meant to be for babies, toddlers and other smaller kids (just for adults and teenagers) and also because the parents tried to and did not anchor the dressers enough. If you would not buy MALM dressers for kids/if you only bought MALM dressers for yourselves (and maybe also for teenagers), then they wouldn’t be recalled and those kids would’ve still been alive today.
