Whelp I slipped a disk, so on doctors orders, I'm out of the shop for a week. Clients, please check your emails, I sent everyone booked one to try to reschedule. Ugh.

Its officially time to go to the doctor :( I seriously think this is a pinched nerve in my back. I tried to do this little stretch thing to help, where you lay on the ground and bring your knees to your chest and I couldn't even do that. Ugh. Needless to say I haven't been able to work out and sitting and walking is another problem on its own. I really hope I can get into the doctor this week and get this fixed..
