Today a women asked for an Americano with lots of sugar and cream. Than she came back complaining that it was too watery to my co-worker, so she made another one for her. My co-worker put the same fucking amount of cream I put in her drink before and the same fucking amount of shots. She took it without complaint. Basic bitch needs to learn that an Americano means it is gonna be 85% water.
Customer Problems #1
When they grab the product and hold it up to your face and ask "How much is this?" When clearly it's labeled on the product, just that your hand is covering it and don't even bother to check.

Customer service going above and beyond is something I always try to do. Cause I believe if people are nice and shop at your place you should provide them with it. Hell it puts money in my bank account.
It is another thing to go into stores and assume, and or be needy with it. We are a store we are not take your bought shit into the store and have the people put it together. we are NOT rent a center or best buy we don't fucking do that here. Just the fact that we did it the first time to be nice does not mean you come back and think we can do it two more times. then stand there a bitch and complain when someone is trying to do what you could not do and ends up breaking the item. If you couldn't put it together What makes you think that we could safely. You fucking batty old bitch take your shit and don't ever come back. This is not in my job description and it will never be.
