SPT not even tryna let me sleep.

Just some praise.

With the quality and flow of her writing combined with her proven ability to create new characters with interesting stories and personalities, I would be more than willing to actually purchase a novel by SPT.

I have read some good fanfiction... but it much of it has been based on someone else's story or was just that, good fanfiction, not great writing in general. Some of it like Color, the one about drug addiction, and the one that's basically Brown Sugar (the movie with Sanaa Lathan and Taye Diggs), from the Brittana fans, was great and Samcedians have been known to have some wonderful writers in the group. I'm not discrediting those people. But nearly nobody i've read (including said awesome fanfiction authors) until now has created completely new characters and done it well (i have heard about The CEO's Assistant, but haven't checked it out). And most people depend on the original show or some other show/movie to flesh out the main character and carry the story line. SPT basically hit on everything that's happened in the show in the first one-shot... and then kept it moving. Mercedes is completely removed from all of that with the exception of her friendship with Santana and being from Ohio. You can also tell that SPT doesn't need the show for inspiration. It doesn't matter that Mercedes hasn't had a decent story line since the day before Christ was born, she writes for a character that she has completely taken on as her own. She's taken the time to develop the characters and touch base with as many of our senses as she can in the process, including our sense of morality.

It's outstanding really.

i hope she does write something completely of her own construction one day so i can support.

I'm tired of ya'll..and i'm TIRED OF YOUR SHIT.

I try not to post about this all the time because it gets tiresome for the folks who don't read RPs and who don't care...but i'm fed the fuck up with ya'll thieving asses, especially this bitch MOZHAMADNESS who chooses to fuckin steal every element of SPT's Xedes RP she can fucking grasp well enough to take. 

Folks love speaking about others being "bullies", but there is something to be said about the sneaky motherfuckers who go around doing whatever the fuck they want and getting away with it because they're nice on the surface...NO FUCK THAT. 

Xedes is one of the most innovative, attention grabbing, WELL WRITTEN RPs i've read EVER. And it's even greater because it's run by ONE person...All of you who RP (or even write) know that when you role play, you have to become that character, so it's crazy that she's becoming BOTH CHARACTERS plus all the extras. It's a slap in the face for YOU to take the shit she does and BLATANTLY RIP IT OFF...

And before you lie, lemme give you proof.

In Xedes, one of the HUGE things that has happened with Mercedes in the  storyline is her work with Beyonce as a writer on her album...we've ALL SEEN IT. I'll be damned if the Mercedes in THIS rp talking about the same damn thing.

Then we know that Mercedes, and her mom Ava speak french to one another...that's one of the things that makes their relationship unique (You can actually see that HERE, i know it happens in other places, but i'm pressed for time and that should be proof enough). So what are the odds that i'm looking at this rp (i make it a point to look at ones by certain people, just because i know they like to steal), and see that not only does the main character (whose FC is Amber Riley) speak French with her mom, but her grandma's name is Ava and she calls her GG....how UNORIGINAL.

Let's not mention the fact that other names were taken (really...you had to take the Wells Surname?), and in the past storylines, ideas, outfit ideas and manips have all been stolen for the use in other RPs. One time, an entire conversation was pretty much ripped form the Xedes RP. It involved Zay's younger sister Yaz....it was then taken to the account of SuperstarMercedesJones (also run by none other than MOZHAMADNESS) and adapted to fit a little girl in THAT rp...

It pisses me off because THESE PEOPLE are the same people who can't even admit to LIKING the Xedes RP and YET AND STILL here you are taking everything that you can from the creator who works DAMN HARD at what she does. As many times as you've been called out and you STILL can't post and admit "yes I enjoy Xedes and I'm inspired by StupidPrideThing", because you're stupid and CHILDISH as fuck. 

And i know ya'll get tired of me harping on this but THESE MOTHERFUCKERS WON'T STOP. And i also understand that half of ya'll don't see this shit because don't nobody read the other RPs anyway, but DAMN. If you're gonna steal, at least do it half as well as StupidPrideThing. Or better yet, JUST GET YOUR OWN FUCKING IDEAS! Because each time I see your punk ass stealing something, i'ma make it a point to call you out about it......EVERY SINGLE TIME. Call me immature, call me a bully, call me dumb...i don't care. It's the principle. People work REALLY hard on creating RPs and you just can't come steal shit because you like it. That's why you're edgeless now....

I try my fucking best to leave people alone, i really do. But Ima STAY having beef with bitches who steal. GET YOUR OWN.

ETA: and before you mention me "always being on your accounts"..i stay on your pages because my mama alway taught me to keep my friends close and the thief's closer. You keep your eyes on crackheads when they come to your house or they'll rob you blind.

Thank you! Thank you so much for writing something SO amazing it actually erases whatever problems I have. For this to be based around two real fictional characters (Mercedes and Santana) and a bunch of characters you made up is beyond phenomenal. The writing is always on point and I bow down to you. I normally can't handle angst, but it doesn't even matter because you write it so beautifully. The characters could hardly have dialog, yet the way you write the way they feel, the way they act, and the way they communicate non verbally is mind blowing. So much more powerful than words. I feel so cheesy writing this, but I just REALLY wanted to let you know this! You're TRULY talented!

This is what separates the great from the rest...

SPT has been tying things together that many of us hadn't even considered, thoughtfully planning and delivering a stellar product as the result. She writes like a professional, like someone who has the passion AND the skill.

in short, her work is so praiseworthy because she is a writer, not just pretending to be one.

Xedes is trippin...

What do I think about Mercedes’ reaction to Zay’s news? It’s confusing…

On the one hand, I don’t want him in the marines either. Marines are the most severely trained and mentally indoctrinated *cough, brainwashed, cough, cough* of all service men. Most of them run their lives like war… A really dedicated bunch. If Mercedes knows this, there’s a good chance she can’t see Zay taking to the military in any genuine way. Plus he could be killed. So there’s definitely a part of Mercedes that doesn’t want him joining because she thinks its not in his own best interest.

But I also recognize a little bit of “i want my way, right now” going on on Mercedes’ part, though too. Because Mercedes isn’t really considering what she just put Zay thru. She just wants him to do shit her way. And that’s not okay if they wanna get married. Every wife bites her tongue; every husband has to give up some shit to keep the family going. She’s being unrealistic by ordering him to coalesce. So I see why Zays being stubborn.

Plus, Mercedes’ family issues were something the two of them could have talked over and come to some conclusions about together. They could have worked thru how they dealt with the aftermath as a couple. But it didnt go down that way.

Instead, she ran off and decided how to cope alone. In Texas. While he sat around in LA figuring out that Mercedes had become his whole life. That makes Zay uncomfortable. So he reacted. Add that to the fact that Zay feels guilty for his part in her getting hurt, and ultimately wants to make good on their life together….Give her everything in the world like she’s used to. Be respectable and above reproach.

Well, u see his delimma. He’s battling himself and wants to make sure Mercedes wins too.

So I kinda support his decision, but at the same time hope Mercedes comes up with something that Zay can do other than the military to have what he needs. And if she can suggest it to him in a way that doesn’t come across as a demand then I bet they both can be happy.

STP this is unfair of you…messing with my emotions all early in the morning lol.
