First of all, Andrel is absolutely lore-friendly! In Morrowind, there’s a Nord named Andrelheim. Now, I don’t know the ancestry of your Nord besides that he’s a Nord… Even if he were the reincarnation of Tiber Septim, there’s little chance his parents would have sensed that at his birth. I have an idea, though! Nords not only receive clan names, but also titles related to what they’re known for. As Andrel grew older, his neighbors would’ve undoubtedly noticed that he’s powerful. He would’ve likely received a title early on. Here are some ideas:

Andrel the Fearless or another adjective, if you want it to be a clear title

Andrel Early-Beard - Named after Tiber Septim, originally Hjalti Early-Beard

Andrel Faasnu - Faasnu is Fearless in Dragon. This is a title Andrel would probably have picked himself, or one that the dragons bestowed him. This assumes your Dragonborn is in the Skyrim age/game and is extremely close to dragons. If you like this idea but not the name, pick from the list of Dragon words on the wikia.

I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be a dream to be Aragorn, but, y’know, I’m no heir of Isildur, and becoming a king doesn’t look to be in my agenda. All that aside, though, thank you so much! I really do pour my heart and soul into writing this fine Ranger, making all possible strides to capture every quality and nuance. He has a lore behind him that I wouldn’t dream of letting down, both for the sake of the character himself and all those that have grown to love him. Really, though, you’re laying on ridiculously sweet compliments, and my heart! It soars! You write wonderfully yourself, and it’s always a joy to see what you whisk upon my dash. The same can be said of @laikehend, too, and were I to wax poetic over their Legolas, I think we’d be here all night. Every day’s an adventure! Happy New Years to you!

Coming from a fellow HP fan, people forget a lot that Ravenclaw isn't just about /book smarts/.

honestly people keep hanging on to these shallow ideas of the houses                 bravery isn't just picking up your swords, being cunning isn't just being an evil bitch out to get whatever the fuck you want,  being loyal doesn't mean you're dumb and foolish,  and being smart doesn't mean that you only know the world from your books. gilderoy is a ravenclaw,   and while he was a hatstall he still deserved to be in that house     very much    !!     honestly,   only looking at JK Rowling's canon for lockhart     (     which i don't follow btw, she did him dirty.    )    he shows exceptional     creative    and      unique     magic skills     !!!!      a smol ravenclaw lockhart managed to carve his autograph into the quidditch pitch.....      in 20 foot long letters   !!!!      HE SHOT A HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTION OF HIS OWN FACE INTO THE SKY ABOVE HOGWARTS        (    a fucking imitation of the dark mark,  ho nestly   !!    )     y'all be sleeping on his skills and smarts man,       considering that he was most likely in his second or third year when this went down.

     Tullius shot awake at the sound of someone entering the room and went to say something when he was rudely reminded of his current predicament when  a loud trill and meow came out instead of the words he’d actually intended. He slowly stood up and lazily walked along the edge of the table towards the Dragonborn, continuing to trill and meow at the younger man.
