I always thought of Fishlegs’ mom as like the main village baker because he said that hiccup really liked his mom’s crab cakes or smth. but i’m interested to know like the importance of the others’ parents

I feel like he has this grandma who runs a bakery and she looks really sweet but she’s like the granny from hoodwinked because if you try to open your own bakery the entire ingerman family will destroy you. If this makes sense.

Hiccup is a rude-ass bitch who literally just walked by Fishlegs on the ground without even looking at him.

Fishlegs would definitely have become an incredibly scary kind of person if httyd 1 hadn’t happened and taught him dragons are friends. Unlike hiccup his curiosity often outweighs what he knows is right for the natural world (ex, interactions with the seashocker and at vanaheim) he’ll study something even if it’s maybe disturbing how it should exist for the sake of science. He might have, if Hiccup never did what he did, become the kind of Viking that shoots dragons down to dissect them, keeps them in captivity to experiment on. I know it sounds out of character for the ‘sweet’ one of the group but I think he’s closer to having become that then we realize.
