Hello! I've been perusing your Twitter for a bit because of you excellent streamer!Lydia headcanon, and I love all your takes!

Completely destroying the Nemeton as your 6B plot idea is way better than what they had come up with. (Though I think we all just collectively agreed not to regard 6B as canon and end at 6A)

Basically, you're making my little heart beat faster for stydia once again, solidifying I will never truly get over them. And that's wonderful <3

OMG. Thank you so much! It makes me so happy to hear this!! I completely agree that 6b does not exist because why would you give us such an incredible end scene in 6a and then completely ruin it.

Streamer!Lydia is asked frequently to help her viewers with homework. They are both extremely easy and the sort of questions you didn’t know exist, they’re that difficult. No matter the question, Lydia dedicates a few minutes of her time to explaining process of problem and she never directly gives them the answer. After around 5 minutes she gets a donation that thanks her for her help and that she should be a teacher because she explains it so well.

In the canon universe, I like to believe that there is around one month between the ghost riders and the end of senior year. In that time Stiles and Lydia are an incredibly cute couple around school. They don’t overdo it with PDA because that’s just not them when they’re in public, but everyone still knows that they’re together. When they’re at lunch, the whole pack are sat around a table and it’s an unspoken rule that if stiles or Lydia are sat down without the other, DO NOT sit next to them. The other will be there soon. The pack are incredibly happy for the two, however they also hate it because their chemosignals are very distracting. The pack complains and it always leads to a blushing Lydia and a kiss on the cheek from stiles.

Once a month, Scott has the whole pack round his house for a pizza night, in order to feel like normal teenagers. They watch movies and play stupid games. A few days after the wolf hunt, Scott plans a pizza night and it’s the first time that the whole pack see them really as a couple, since they’ve been spending the last few days together, and sometimes with Scott. They’re particularly cuddly and their hands don’t leave each other’s.

Stiles asks lydia to prom one night as they’re making dinner and of course she says yess. She bought her prom dress during the three months stiles was missing but always intended to wear for him. The seniors of the pack all meet at Lydia’s to get pictures together. Scott and Malia are going as friends (Malia ends up going home with a lucky lady that night and Scott goes back to the lookout at the preserve because it was where him and Allison would meet). Lydia walks down the stairs with a floor length, slip, emerald green dress on with her hair in gentle waves and stiles is completely speechless. They have a wonderful time at prom and go back to stiles place that night. Lydia falls asleep in stiles jersey.

Brings the other lunch at work? Stydia please!

Lydia brings Stiles lunch all the time because he usually forgets it! Also, Lydia knows that if Stiles gets too invested in a case, he won’t eat. Cue Lydia going to his office to constantly bring him food, whether it be something from home or takeout. Stiles usually coerces Lydia into staying with him for a while so they can eat together.

Stiles’ b e s t memory of Lydia Martin?

Every moment she acknowledges his existence? 🤣

It’s hard to choose just one: the first dance he took her to sophomore year, her coming to his lacrosse games, bringing her home after an adventure, one on one problem solving together, their first kiss...every kiss after that....

No, but, in all seriousness....his b e s t memory and his w o r s t memory actually go hand in hand.

“Lydia, please shut up and let me save your life.”

That night he pulled her out of Eichen, he remembers vividly how he thought he was going to lose her and how he couldn’t, under any circumstances, let that happen. Even if it meant he wouldn’t make it out of there alive, she had to. Someway or another.

A lot of it is a blur to him now, everything happened so quickly. From her screaming in the car till his ears bled, without him breaking his hold on her, not once. To her shrieks busting the Beacon Hills Veterinary windows till she passed out. He still refused to leave her side. But he can still recount every ache he felt in those moments. And when he thought he’d lost her...he was ready to lose his freakin’ mind...he felt like his entire world had just came crashing down around him and he couldn’t see anything but red. He’d never had his chance...the ten-turned-fifteen year plan to convince Lydia Martin to fall in love with him would never see it’s end. He would never forgive himself for this and every night he’d wish it were him.

“Stiles saved me.”

Are three words he will never forget. The moment she opened her eyes, that he felt the warmth returning to her body as she clung to his hand. The woman he’s loved since third grade, announcing him as her hero. That was worth more to him than any “I love you” that could’ve proceeded. Knowing that he’d been able to pull her out of that darkness, whether he was truly her light or not...that’s his best memory and it couldn’t have happened without his worst.

Stydia as Kids

Could you image what stydia (or mcmartski) would be like as kids if they had a friendship in their childhood.

Meeting each other on the playgroup. 

Stiles being extra dorky around her. 

Lydia being extra sassy around him. 

Lydia starting to hang out with Stiles and Scott.

The teachers either always separating them or always putting them together. 

Lydia comforting Stiles over his mom’s death. 

He does the same for her grandmother’s. 

Them both concerned over Scott’s asthma. 

Scott pretending he’s not the third-wheel.

They all know Theo even though Scott is one closest to Theo.

Both of them hogging as many peanut butter cups as they can.

When Stiles stays in the hospital Lydia’s dad is not surprise, nobody is.

When Lydia is lost Stiles freaks out (and yes faints when she is found naked). 

Although after that Stiles goes to Lydia’s house and comforts her. 

She tries to make it a no big deal. 

‘I lost nine pounds!’ 

Stiles having none of that. 

Lydia refusing all help but Stiles always sticks with her. 

Stiles and Scott refusing to have any hurt her, even if she is the kanima.

Her being so lost and scared but keeping it to herself and even her long lost best friends.  

One day she breaks down at school when she sees Peter in economics. 

Stiles comforting her. 

Her kissing him. 

Stiles in love. 

Lydia in love.

Do you think Lydia and Stiles speaks more than one language? Like, we know she knows latin and people headcanon Stiles speaks polishm so I was wondering what you think

Oooh, I love this question! I think Lydia DEFINITELY speaks more than one language-- I wrote that into Star Wolves too as her speaking like twenty different languages from around the galaxy just for fun. I think in universe though she would definitely speak a bunch of languages, because I’m assuming if this girl taught herself ARCHAIC LATIN just for fun, she has a mind for languages and can pick them up quickly. I also headcanon that Stiles does NOT and has to work way harder to learn different languages, so it drives him insane when they go on vacation somewhere and she’s like speaking fluent Portuguese at the end of the week just from hearing the locals speak it. I actually haven’t heard the idea of him speaking Polish, but I LOVE that! Idk if he’d be fluent but I think he’d know enough to get by pretty well. And I love thinking that his mom taught it to him :)

Summer - Stydia (Teen Wolf)

The sun is setting, Lydia notes absentmindedly.

The sun is setting, with the deep blue of the black night sky coating the top most parts of the horizon. In fact, the sun is almost gone, but there is a glowing haze covering everyone’s faces as if it was still golden hour.

No, she smiles loosely, for golden hour they spent taking photos and laughing, and laughing, and laughing. Then again, that was how the whole day had been spent. With salt water and sand, with cold soft drink and the warmth of the sun to keep their little pack company.

Even now, as Lydia’s friends gathered their things to head to a barbecue, where there was sure to be hot dogs and a chlorinated pool to float in, she couldn’t help but linger on the evidence of their little niche at the beach.

There were indents in the sand where everyone had put their stuff, trenches dug so they could chuck sand balls at each other, and sandcastles in varying stages of decay. Soon the ocean would sweep it all away, creating a blank canvas for the next group of beach goers to make their own.

Lydia lay her head down on the opened window of Stiles’ jeep, peering out at it all. She relished the feeling of cool metal against her undoubtedly sunburned skin. She tried not to think about the countless freckles that would materialise due to this day alone.

Suddenly the feeling of a cold can pressed against her face, wet with condensation. Lydia barely restrained a groan at the pleasant feeling, merely peeling her eyes up to find a grinning Stiles, his own fair share of pale skin hued a peachy pink.

His eyes softened when she looked up at him, and the burn already on her face deepened with her blush at his look. His ochre eyes were filled with a gentle caress, a twinkling fondness, and while Lydia knew this day would be memorable, she also knew that so would the way he looked at her, like she was the night sky littered with all the stars he’d never seen before.

“Close your eyes,” he said, voice gravelly. She did so, feeling the dewy condensation of the drink leave, replaced with a gentle, lingering kiss on her rose-y cheek. His lips were nice and dry compared to the numbness left by the coldness of the drink, and it brought all feeling back to her cheek.

He pulled away slowly, and she kept her eyes closed with a content smile, leaning back against the opened window. Stiles touched her jaw gently, slipping his fingers away and placing another lingering kiss onto her sea salt dried hair.

The night air filled with the gentle background noise of her friends chattering away, laughing and filled with warmth. Lydia felt her heart fill with the love surrounding her, letting herself bask in this simple serendipity.

Soon, everything would be packed away, and the cars would be rumbling and filled with banter and boisterousness, on the way to their next destination, where she knew she would fool around in the pool, pretending to scold Stiles when he would undoubtedly cop a feel.

She knew she would put her feet up and dig into food that didn’t taste faintly of sand, where she would observe the bonds around her, smiling in particular fondness at Stiles and Scott’s antics. She knew she would dance with Stiles, and that when it was time for home, all of their friends would squish together in one car (which was almost impossible and definitely illegal) just to make sure she got home safely.

And to croon at her and Stiles saying goodnight to each other. But that was besides the point.

So Lydia kept her eyes closed and smiled. She never thought she’d love summer quite this much.

Lydia telling Stiles she's pregnant

It takes her two weeks to do it. By that time, pretty much everyone in the pack knows it, bc they can smell hormones and Lydia can’t hide it very well that she’s absolutely freaking out about it.

Scott is the first one to know and he’s just so happy about it and can’t wait to congratulate Stiles but when she tells him that her hubby doesn’t know yet, he’s like ‘Lydia, you need to tell him!’ but she has no idea on how to tell him that she’s about to become a mom and that it freaks her out so much bc she doesn’t know how to be a mom.

Of course our beautiful Alpha calms her down and assures her that she’d do great. But first, she needs to tell Stiles.

She asks Scott to help her figure it out something clever to tell him because it needs to be special. So they spend the next three days planning and avoiding Stiles (which it’s not that hard because his dad really needs his help with something at the station so he only calls three times each day and when gets home she’s amazing at pretending that nothing major is going on)

When he gets home that evening, everything’s normal. Lydia is on the couch reading a book, there’s no food around because she can’t cook for the hell of it and Stiles always brings something for them to eat and Lydia is basically chill. They eat diner, talk about their day and she tells him that Scott gave her a video for them to watch together

So she puts on the movie and sits next to him and press play. It’s a homemade video of their friends over the years talking about Stydia. It’s very similar to the one that plays at their wedding party so Stiles is really confused because ‘Lyds, didn’t we watched this already?’ but she tells him to wait because Scott told her that there’s a twist in the end.

And she refuses to put forward because it’s nice seeing Allison smile while telling Stiles he’s going to the dance with Lydia and then she and Lydia together smiling and talking and she really wishes Allison could be there to meet her child. The video is almost ending and then there’s new footage of the pack talking about the Stydia future. Most of it is them talking how Lydia will rule the world and Stiles is going to be the best FBI agent there ever was, but then Scott is there and tells that they’re going to be the best parents in the world. 

He still is oblivious about it but he loves it because it’s nice to see their friends making that tribute to them. The last footage is from Lydia. She’s in their home, sitting in their bed and he can hear Scott behind the camera talking to her.

“Okay, you can go now.” “Are you sure this is on? Last time it wasn’t” “Yeah, the light is green, you can go now.” 

“Wait, did you guys did this today?” Stiles asked looking at his wife, but she just points to the TV. 

And TV Lydia smiles, the smile she only gives to Stiles, and starts telling him how great he is, how she loves him and Stiles is freaking out a little bc what anniversary did he forgot????

She finishes her speech and her eyes are watering and her voice is trembling then she says: “I can’t wait for us to go in this new journey together. I love you.”

Stiles is like  w h a t  

He turns to Lydia, who is holding a present and he knows he’s forgetting something but what the hell did we do in February? Not first kiss, not first time, not wedding date, no Valentine’s day... 

“Lydia... um... Not that I forgot because I totally didn’t.... but what this present is for?”

“Just open it.”

He does it. Inside there’s a little light saber, a black onesie written “Future Jedi” and then a picture of her ultrasound and there’s just a tiny little spot with no form of a baby yet, but it’s ‘holding’ a red light saber.

Stiles just stares at it. For like, 30 seconds, just staring at it. Then he looks at Lydia and she’s with her eyes all watered and he’s just so... shocked. He keeps looking at her and back to the gift and then it clicks. Lydia is pregnant.

He starts to cry and she does too and he keeps asking “Really? Is this for real?” and she nods, smiling and there’s more crying and he holds her and keeps kissing her face and then her belly. Because I’m going to be a dad!!!!!!

This keeps going for like a half hour and then he calls his dad and Scott and of course they already know but Stiles is so excited that he doesn’t even care because: I’M GOING TO BE A DAD SCOTTY! ME! LYDIA IS HAVING MY BABY!!!!!
