“quite remarkable, your features. the hair--- quite interesting, too.”
which muse of yours has the greatest fear ? what is that fear ? why are they so afraid of it ?
( theas.– THIS HAS BEEN COLLECTING DUST FOR A WHILE and I apologize for not getting to it sooner fkljdsa.
Everyone has their own greatest fear, a weakness which could bring them to their knees or otherwise kill them for good, or make them feel powerless, whatever the reason may be. Atonal is afraid of having a child ( rather, raising a child since she isn’t capable of giving birth ); she doesn’t believe that she’ll ever be a good enough mother ( and even a good wife ) because she’s never been the motherly type–she is cutthroat, authoritarian, volatile, not someone you’d want to babysit your children. She’s afraid of becoming like her parents, not knowing what kind of monster she might create and who they would grow up to be.
Bell’s fear is a little more complicated, because–as the Genesis of Tempus–she’s tasked with preventing offshoot/doomed timelines in Fantasia’s multiverse from leaking into the alpha one. It’s a very real possibility in their galaxy, and so Bell is constantly jumping through different timelines ( making sure that certain events never happen or certain people don’t do/do a certain action, etc. ) and she needs to be prompt or else the offshoot will become a very big problem and threaten the entire multiverse’s existence. She’s afraid of making the slightest mistake, a cosmically gargantuan mistake, the fate of THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE AND EVERYTHING WITHIN IT would fall not only on Konstancia’s shoulders, but hers as well.
Brio’s another odd one since, well… he has no fear–HE IS FEAR, but more than that; he’s the one who creates Mayhem, disorder in any and every aspect. When you think of all the malice and hate and terror in the world you think of him, because that is his essence and purpose: to evoke chaos in it’s various forms. Absolutely nothing can make him feel threatened or nervous or uneasy because HE is the one who induces all of those emotions.
Harmonique is equally afraid of many things, but her fragility is undoubtedly her greatest weakness and perhaps a fear in and of itself. She is physically weak and socially awkward and almost always in a state of paranoia, and even though she’s working to become stronger in these areas, she is still a delicate person and could easily be taken advantage of and THAT is most likely what she fears the most: being manipulated because she’s feeble and unable to protect herself.
Konstancia has two big fears: demons and watching Fantasia be destroyed ( the latter of which is virtually impossible, but nevertheless there is a small, nagging fear in the back of her head that something stronger than her–than Genetrix–will eventually come and obliterate everything she knows and loves, everything that she is and created and nurtured, all of it; she’ll be incapable of defending herself and everyone from this threat and be forced to watch her universe die ). Demons are one of the few things that can actually wound her; any unholy being ( like a vampire or a creature that isn’t pure ) not from Fantasia is capable of injuring, and even killing her for a short while.
Pirouette is afraid that ( ironically ) she won’t be brave enough to stand up for her friends and for herself, despite her strength and her heroic nature. Occasionally she thinks of herself to be worthless, cowardly, inferior; she’ll get beat up over the dumbest of things and lose hope when she needs it the most.
she is crystalline; made of DIAMONDS, & twice as strong. dark eyes look over the pretty girl, head tilting as fingers clutch the ( glowing ), cyan data pad. her tone is soft; easy:
