4MINUTE Subunit Announces Group Name and Release Date
4MINUTE is slowing revealing the details regarding its first unit group.
4MINUTE’s Heo Ga Yoon and Jeon Ji Yoon have settled n the name of their unit group as 2Yoon.
Details regarding the debut title track and concept have not yet been revealed. However, Cube Entertainment promised the track will venture into a genre that has never been attempted before in K-pop.
2Yoon’s full album will be released online on Jan. 17.

I want Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Sooyoung to be the next SNSD subgroup! Rather than cutesy music TaeTiSeo is doing (like SNSD always does) it should be upbeat dance/hip hop music! These are the most underestimated and we know all three rap, Hyoyeon is an AMAZING dancer, and Sunny is the sexiest member!
Tell me, why are they so under rated?

I'll admit. The song is pretty catchy. BUT...
Some parts of the MV don't seem to fit the style of the song. Then again I have no idea what the lyrics mean...
I thought that the song would be all mystical and fairy-tale like judging by their colourful teaser photos, but no, they do blues.
I really don't know what I'm expecting from this debut, but I just HOPE they do something new
Twinkle Me Up TAETISEO!
SNSD has been arousing attention since the announcement of their sub unit Taetiseo. Tiffany's teaser was released today, and Seohyun's tomorrow.
In all honesty, I do not believe that this is an essential and necessary idea. I mean, sub units are generally for groups that have not enjoyed their fair share of success; take SISTAR for example, they garnered lukewarm attention from Push Push and So Cool but it wasn't until Ma Boy by Hyorin and Bora were they taken up to a new level.
Considering that SNSD is possibly Asia's most widely appreciated girl group, the sub unit doesn't really come as special or outstanding.
I mean, you kind of know what to expect, and the bars cannot be raised any higher than No.1 since they already ARE No.1 so... kind of pointless really.
Exciting, but still pointless.
And, from the teasers, it's not going to be something new. I mean for god sakes, what genre have SNSD not explored already? Cutesy, sexy, diva, mysterious... TWINKLE is not that new for them.
It literally is a remake of Gee and Oh with a bit of blues and jazz feel to it (cue Taeyeon's riff [which was a little strained])
Though the teasers have been pretty awesome so far, I was discussing with Nyssa today the fact that Se Hun and Kai appear in it.
Not complaining. Not at all, I mean, aren't those boys just delicious?
But Kai is wearing his MAMA costume and Se Hun is wearing something that is close to it..
It kind of Twinkles too much so that it takes the attention out of Tiffany, and not only that, but it looks like they just walked out of their MAMA shooting and decided, 'Let's just walk into SNSD sunbaenim's shooting and pretend we belong!'
I'm serious.
Article of clothing was terrible.
I'm still waiting to be mind blown.
