I sent an email to the higher-ups to consult about the solution for an issue that was assigned to me. After a emailing back-and-forth for a while, VP misunderstood a part of my latest email (my fault because I used a general name that can refer to multiple features).

So I got help from one of the sub-leaders (Sub-Leader A from now on for the sake of my sanity) for my clarification email to make sure I am able to explain it better. We both got stuck on the explanation of one part before we settled on a good (according to us) explanation. Right before sending it, I asked Sub-leader A again if this can be understood and he said "Hmm... Maybe... Ah, no, no. It'll be understood. It'll be understood! Yes. It'll be fine. I believe!" :))
