Watching the way her expression lights up offers a fulfilling rush through the delinquent. All of that work, mishaps and even learning how to present wrap was easily made worthwhile. His intentions were easily worn on his sleeve as he wants to make this a good time for her. Going above and before for those who helped him find that place to belong? Of course nothing else could feel more satisfying.

     ❝ anyways, one of the customers i had today asked for a very weird bouquet to be made. it was supposed to mean - ❞ was eleana rambling ? perhaps. but what else was she suppose to do when hanging out with futaba. of course, they could talk about games but the younger girl asked the brunette to talk about her day. so that’s what she was doing … or rather, she was complaining really.

     hands were even moving, further emphasizing her annoyance towards her customers, only to pause when she felt a head leaning on her shoulder … or lower back really because of height. head shifted a little to look at the auburn-haired girl, who leaned on the brunette’s back, hands holding her phone. was she bored ? ❝ …sorry, is what i’m talking about boring you ? i can change the topic if you want. ❞

     a tap on her head signified that things were fine and that she could continue her rambling. the thing she liked about being around the younger is that no words needed to be used between the two. it was … nice. so, with that in mind, the wheel of fortune continued to talk, letting out all of her frustrations without fear of repercussions.

But he does come in and takes out bags of trash, and even cleans and sorts through her things.

He refuses to touch too much ,though.

More sunlight. More meals that weren’t curry. Helping ease her out of the hikikomori lifestyle. At least, to an extensive degree...

He was careful with her, but not TOO careful.

Since well... Hou Yi had explained that, if she was able to assist in the Metaverse, she was stronger than she seemed. Braver than she gave herself credit for. Smarter than most, even.

Perhaps his persona was right.
