Amethyst Crystal

Hello everyone this is Sudeshna from My Witchcraft Diaries. Today I want to talk about Amethyst crystals. I absolutely love Amethyst and it is one of my favourite crystal.

Amethyst is amazing and often merges with many other minerals like Citrine and Clear Quartz and when it does it becomes a whole new Crystal and becomes something which carries more metaphysical properties and has more healing properties. If Amethyst is formed with a mineral like Citrine then it becomes Ametrine and then you have the metaphysical properties of both Amethyst and Citrine in it so you are bringing Spiritual awareness with Abundance.

Amethyst is really really cool Stone that actually was used for a lot of burial and things of that nature because it is said that it connects us closer to the spirit world. So this is a good Stone whenever you want to work with your ancestors or you are working with any divination practices. Things like Tarot Card Readings, Pendulum Readings and Meditation it is always good to have Amethyst by your side.

Amethyst also works with our Third Eye Chakra because the colour vibration matches that. So it brings our Spiritual Awareness to a whole another level and if you are wearing this as a talisman you will find yourself kind of blissed out a lot. So if you are using Amethyst all around you, you also need to ground yourself because it gives you a Spiritual buzz. It also works really well with any kind of dream work or if you are trying to get closer to your spirit guides and work a little bit more on the same level of vibration.

It is good to have Amethyst by your bedside because it will enhance your dream. Amethyst is closely associated with the element of water and the moon. So it is really good that if you are working with any deities like Goddess Of The Moon or The Protector Of Animals.

Amethyst is also good for overcoming any kind of addiction because it helps calm our emotions.

What is an empath and how to protect yourself

Hi guys it is me Sudeshna. I just wanted to talk about empaths today and what it is to be an empath. Being an empath is not an issue. It is just that you are more intuitive and more in touch with your Spiritual self. You are more sensitive to everyone elses energies. So if somebody is having a really bad day you are going to pick up on that. Chances are that you are going to eat that vibration and so you are going to absorb it and you are also going to become a little moody or things are not going to be too pleasant for you.

So there are some things which you can do to block out these energies from absorbing into your own aura because your aura is so strong and you are empathetic to other people and absorbing away their pain so something good to do is say little prayers and before going anywhere visualize a bright white light surrounding you and protecting you. Sometimes you don’t understand why you are sad or angry so it is very important to surround yourself with positive people because they have positive vibrations. When you are absorbing their energies it is all positive and happy. You can also carry few crystals like Black Tourmaline for psychic protection, Black Obsidian and Black Onyx are also good.

If you need more psychic protection, stones like Amethyst and Fluorite are really good. They create a protective shield around you. If you want to grow spiritually and rise up you really need to stay away from people having negative energies. If your mindset is negative you really need to work on it to make it positive because if you are negative it will weaken your aura. Detoxing the body by drinking lemon water and not eating junk food helps you to maintain good health which in turn helps you to become positive and strengthen your aura. Do Simple 10 minutes exercises, Yoga and Meditation everyday which helps you to be healthy and make your mind calm. There are certain herbs like sage which really help to get a positive mindset and keeps you away from psychic attacks.

What Is Beauty?

What is your definition of beauty?

There is a space between you and me, between us and the stars. This Space cannot be seen but through it everything can be felt. This vast invisible space, this atmosphere that breathes life into you and you into it. This is beauty to me. It lives between every breath, between every thought, between every moment and between that lives stillness. This is beauty to me.

Stillness is the wave cresting before it crashes down, In the light emerging before the sun explodes over the horizon, in the pause between each inhale and exhale, this alive stillness whispers to us.

Remember the intoxicating experience of love, awakening all your senses and your passion, turning into an addiction for more? This is beauty to me.

We often define beauty as what makes us attracted to something. The different cultures of the world might view beauty differently. This can be because of religion, what tribe they come from or even what their weight is.

You don’t have to be Beautiful to be elegant. There is something about you, that is more important than being beautiful. It is your attitude and inner beauty. Beauty is from inside. It is inner peace. Beauty is something when you don’t know that you are Beautiful. You feel good about yourself and can act natural.

Remember when your mind and body slowly reached past the point they thought they never could? New possibilities arise and a new spark fireworked into your life. This is beauty to me.
