considering how long its been in the pinned I should probably explain that this was my singular hypertanaspace idea.

It has offspring in the form of a subtana idea but that's another can of worms for a time when I don't have a headache

Ok so this isn't exactly a romantic scenery between the two, it's based on a roleplay between @/vilcbloodcd (Kitana) and me (Bibi) but I think it'd be fun to share it here 😩

Okay, so this is a crackship, but I thought I'd blather of two ideas

Subtana /Katanaspace

It started when the ideas of katana hugging subspace and almost cracking his bones came into my mind, and then the thought of him picking up subspace by the neck, and then this creation came out

1. Subspace reminds Katana of his old friend. He was probably taking to him or overheard him after a match talking about how it's "best for Blackrock" and how "morals get in the way" and then it struck him. His friend probably had low empathy and complete loyalty trust to the cult, and the cult had taken advantage of that low empathy to skewer his morality, and Katana's too, raising them to do anything for the cult. Katana probably doesn't know much about the corruption and thinks that the system is corrupt(it is), and that he has to remove Subspace from Blackrock to prevent him from dying too.

I think the way he goes about this is breaking into Blackrock, picking up Subspace by the scruff of his neck, and just walking out with him. He doesn't even to anything with him after, just brings him somewhere, then just curl around him and hold him there. And it has happened enough times where it is expected to happen, and they know that its going to happen. Blackrock is probably frustrated that one person keeps stealing their most prized researcher and head scientist, distracting them from completing their work and causing huge delays. And that they cause a huge scene going about it too, searching for him, and then just vanishing. They've probably have tried to do so many things to prevent him from getting Subspace, from telling him to hide to reinforcing walls and security, but it never works.

It's just gotten to the point where if they see Katana, standing in the middle of a snowstorm, the best they can do to prevent a mess from happening is just let it happen. A literal immovable force.

Subspace is confused and frustrated and tired of dealing with this, that he can't complete his work or make his cease, but has also been actually able to take sleep or rest during these periods since he doesn't rest for months on end when doing his work. So he would try to avoid him early on when this started happening, but has just. Become passive.

And Hyperlaser is probably just relieved that he doesn't have to deal with his boss for a month, so just, doesn't bring it up to Katana, despite Blackrock trying to convince him to do so.

Blackrock is going to have a stroke. One person keeps getting in the way and they just can't stop him, he keeps breaking into Blackrock despite it being impenetrable and completely closed off but he keeps. Getting. In.

Or 2.

Same thing, but subspace is kinda evil, so when Katana does this, it just ends up being a net positive, because he can't hunt anyone or create evil experiments/hurt anyone when he takes him away, so they just, let this happen. Because it's just a net positive.

I said it was a crackship, most of this is purely for cozies or humoring
