hi soph, how are you? i'm sorry to bother you, but i'm starting to learn how to add subtitles to gifs, but every time i preview the gif it plays perfectly, but at the end only a white box with the subtitles appears. do you know how i can fix this? thank you so much in advance! ❤️

okay, if this is what you are talking about see below:

it sounds like you haven't aligned your text layer with your gif layer correctly. so your gif is playing and then only at the end does a blank text box appear with the subtitles.

the text layer must start exactly where the gif layer begins and end exactly where the gif layer ends in the timeline.

so you simply drag the text box until it matches length of your gif from start to finish, then the subtitles will cover the entirety of the gif.
