Transformation Tuesday! 🎉 . On the left is before I started my program. The picture on the right is 5 weeks into my program. I wasn't perfect with my eating (#kindafit 🤷🏼♀️) and I didn't push myself as hard as I could have with my workouts but I'm still happy with the progress I've made! . I was hesitant to take progress pictures because I knew I hadn't given it my all... That's why I took them a little past half way through! But I'm glad that I did. The subtle changes are very encouraging! . I have three weeks left to this program. It'll take me right up to the day of my surgery! I plan on pushing hard to finish this program strong and be as healthy as possible before the big day! . Support is key in any journey of life. I'm lucky to have a supportive hubby as well as the ladies in my accountability group. They all keep me in check and keep me pushing toward my goals! .
