"Selfish years"
They say your twenties are your selfish years; it isn’t a throwaway decade. This is your most exciting years. With that being said, in a couple of days I will be turning 21 and I couldn’t be more excited. No, not because I will be legal to order drinks, because I’m not even a drinker or to be able to enter the 'hottest' clubs in Houston, but because I have so much I plan on investing in and so many goals I plan to meet. I have A LOT of things I want to accomplish; one I am currently working on. Let’s just say for the next couple of months I will be in contact with a lot of business owners and important people that will guide me to my success. I have never had more motives and ambitious than I do now and I know with the right support system and with the help of God I will be able to accomplish everything. I’m very excited to also invest in my self-knowledge. As I am growing, I’m seeing sides of me that have been hidden. My 20s will be the best time to start understanding myself-- my likes and dislikes. And most importantly, I will realize what motivates me in times of great failure.
