Hey, I saw your post, but your readings say closed? So if you’re not doing them anymore that’s alright! But I’d love one, whichever deck you feel like 💕
Ah yeh they’re still open!! Maybe that’s why I didn’t get anyone originally? Anywhooo
Brain was like Keep Practicing Celtic Cross so uhhh you get a Celtic Cross reading I guess
The deck is the Guided Hand Tarot, which I got on Kickstarter about a year ago or so.
EDIT: I FUCKED UP THE ORDER but we gonna roll with it.
1. The Self/Querent: Page of Pentacles
Page is, as always, fledgling efforts or feelings, beginnings, yada yada, but I’m getting from this card something really specific. Are you trying to learn something? Like literally in school or going back to it? That’s the beginning I’m seeing, not the start of a job or the start of some sort of money endeavor, I’m getting the feeling of you seeking out knowledge specifically. Let me know if I’m wildly off lol
2. The Problem: Ace of Swords
You’re having a hard time picking up steam, getting started, clearing your head. The Ace of Swords is not in your favour rn. The problem is most likely internal- in your own thought processes- and I think is short-lived
3. The Past: Nine of Wands
Man, the gal in the card looks just as tired and wary as the Nine of Wands makes me feel most of the time. You’ve just persevered something awful, and are coming out of it feeling accomplished but also a lil paranoid about things falling back apart.
4. The Future: King of Swords
…I feel like I should know who it is on this card and I’m gonna kick myself when I figure out who but. Anyhow. The Future is looking good, especially for an educational endeavor. The King represents you, I think, having honed your intellect and knowledge and knowing how to wield it. Pursuit of this knowledge may be a little isolating, though.
Your focus is on building community, on building relationships. Whether this is professionally or personally is kinda unclear to me. You are also trying to achieve balance- maybe work or school has taken up so much of your time that you let relationships suffer, or aren’t pursuing one when it could be beneficial.
You are led by an inner compass, a drive to balance things out. So your conscious and unconscious seem to be in somewhat harmony. You will reap what you sow in your conscious action, and you know this subconsciously as well.
7. Your Influence: Page of Wands
You bring fresh eyes and creativity to your new endeavor. Your influence on this situation is what you can bring to the table: excitement and curiosity. The binoculars are jumping out at me for some reason: possibly a warning to look ahead at the horizon, keep yourself in check as well.
8. External Influence: Two of Cups
Your environment is a steady one. In this reading I feel like this more represents your family (by blood or otherwise) than a single partnership. They give of what they can to support you, as you’ve supported them. I don’t see much resistance to what you want to do, at least from the people who will come to matter in that stage of your life.
9. Hopes and Fears: Two of Pentacles
There’s a very understandable fear of indecision and instability. The act of learning and the act of bettering one’s self puts you in a vulnerable place, and life itself may feel pass/fail like a class might when you’re deep in it. I don’t see this as an outside influence at all though, this is internal instability, internal unsureness.
10. Outcome: Five of Pentacles
This card doesn’t give me the destitute feeling of a lot of other decks’ Five of Pentacles, but there are some themes and emotions that jump out at me: disappointment, melancholy, isolation, uphill battle. Be careful about aforementioned instability, about founding those good relationships, about taking your interest and running with it- because without a good bedrock and decisive action, this may be the outcome.
