Ingredients: 4 chicken legs. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Pat dry the chicken legs with paper towels, then rub them evenly with the spice mixture. Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, flipping halfway through cooking.
