Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Put the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in a small bowl with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. This will make a marinade. Put the chicken breasts in a big plastic bag that you can close again and again, and pour the marinade over them. Close the bag and rub the chicken with the marinade. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to soak up the flavors. Take the chicken out of the bag and put it in the air fryer basket, making sure the pieces don't touch each other. For 20 to 25 minutes, flip the chicken over halfway through cooking time, until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C and the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Enjoy while hot!
