I can't stop thinking that radveegs are intentionally preying on people with anxiety disorders. Am I wrong to think that?

To be absolutely, brutally honest?  I wouldn’t put it past that lot.

Did you hear that Gary Yourofsky left social media? And essentially blamed a segment of other vegans for it (via his Facebook page)? Not gonna miss him...

No, I actually hadn’t.  Good riddance to bad rubbish, IMO.  And the fact that he blames it on...well, from what I can tell from that rambling screed, it sounds like he got “collected” by marginalized vegans...just makes it all the more gratifying.

Actually, I am one of those people.  And even if I weren’t, it would be entirely within my rights to call you on your ‘splaining.  But thanks for automatically jumping to the “lazy” conclusion and generally being such a shining example of exactly what I was talking about in that post, I guess?

P.S.: As long as y’all are all reciting from the same error-riddled script that you just take at face value instead of bothering to fact-check it, y’all do not rate to accuse anyone of being “lazy.”

...or it might have been in reference to my warning a kid (as in thirteen; and said kid was already getting a metric fuckton of hate for being unfamiliar with the usual arguments) of how that lot rationalize themselves...only to have one of them Gish-gallop at me and another just resort to name-calling.  However, I didn’t use the word “propaganda” there; the galloper (whom I’ve caught at defending horrendously racist nonsense in the past), on the other hand, did.

Doesn’t matter.  It remains that the individuals in question brag about how virtuous (for want of a better word) they think they are, but seem to be under the impression that they somehow prove their compassion and enlightenment just by going on and on about how everyone else is mean and ignorant.  (Not to mention that Gish gallops are kind of par for the course.)

If your response to PeTA types doing something sketch is to call the critics enemy predator devils and make let-them-eat-cake excuses for the sketchiness?  You have no right to call yourself a compassionate or moral person and are in fact actually kind of awful.
