I thought Rex could pull off waterbending, and one thing led to another, now I have an Avatar AU. Rexter here is a soldier and icebender from the Southern water tribe during the time of Legend of Korra. I think Mandalorian/Clone culture can fit pretty well into the water tribes, with some tweaking of course and I look forward to making more of this crossover.
I’m thinking Fives, Echo, and Cody are also waterbenders and probably Rex’s brothers. Other waterbenders are Kix, Hardcase, and Jesse. Wolffe and his pack are probably going to be fire benders. Fox and the Corries are definitely the metal bending Republic City police. I think the Jedi could be air benders. They seem pretty Jedi-like I guess. I’ll figure the rest out and post the sketches soon.
