Ever since we got back from our 2 week long camping trek across America😍, Chad & I both have literally only had 2 modes;⁣ When we’re not working we’re resting-⁣ And when we’re not resting we’re working.⁣ ⁣ {It’s no secret...I work a lot-🙊 & am able to wherever; aka the entire time we were out west, which is #suchablessing so I don’t have to come home stressed out of my mind to a pile of things left undone👏🏽}⁣ ⁣ But evenso, we’ve BOTH needed some major R&R after all the adventure (SO hard for me to do, any other #overachievers out there?🙋🏼‍♀️)⁣ And my most favorite thing this week- has been simply sitting by the pool, reading my “for fun” book, “Womancode” -⁣ yes I read about women’s hormones & the female body FOR FUN✌🏽⁣ {ps it’s SUPER interesting & helpful...not to mention the stuff I’m implementing has SRSLY made my periods 10millx better}⁣ ⁣ But ALWAYS paired with my go-to homemade & health-ified cocktail!!🍹⁣ {ps I’m sharing the recipe with all my girls in the 100 workouts Bootcamp today- so if you’re in there keep your eyes PEELED ladies!!👀😘} ⁣ -⁣ Tell me, what’s been your fav. thing to do for R&R this summer?!👇🏽⁣ (at Murfreesboro, Tennessee) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1esXOfhbWK/?igshid=oin954pxhf3a

Last night, I was blessed to be able to see one of my students play piano in her school play! We worked so hard on it in her lessons and she did a FABULOUS job! I’m so proud of you, Skylar!
