Went out to a site yesterday to look at a customers complaint about their AC units now working right. Walked into the space and was like “Holy Crap you’ve got ducting issues”. This kind of problem is very normal especially when the landlord does a build out when old tenants move out and new ones move in. In this case walls were removed and new ones put up, but the Duct work was not modified as well. The Air Side of HVAC is just as important as the Mechanical side. You can check all the superheat sand subcools you want, but if the air distribution side isn’t fixed, it’s all just a waste of time.
