Yay science! • I just got my second COVID vaccine and I’m excited. Soon I’ll be getting hugs, hanging out with friends, browsing through bookstores, dancing with people, taking my baby to the library, eating meals at noisy restaurants... Soon, soon, soon. Ok, so I forced myself to workout pretty damned hard today, even though I’m not 100%. I was just tired of not doing anything. I learned something pretty cool today though. If you lift your toes off the ground when doing glute bridges and leg lifts, it takes all the pressure off your knees. Bonus. I’m fighting my way back, even though, at times, I lose complete faith and trust in my own body. Good evening all you boys and ghouls 👻 out there in the supernatural realm. You’ll never believe what happened to me tonight; let me tell you all about it. My family and I had a fire-pit party tonight. We invited the Tallman family over for s’mores and drinks; it was a huge success. The kids featured above are Axel and Quinny; they are just the cutest and they give the best hugs. We toasted marshmallows and the kids helped me stoke the fire🔥til it was burning bright. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves enormously.
