Sudal
Sudal means "otter" in Korean, a name he wears proudly. He's the warden of a specialized POW camp in Flower Hill that primarily focuses on weasel prisoners. Coincidentally, due to the way the weasel army is set up, he tends to get a lot of high-ranking officials in his prison that he's tasked to keep locked up. This is a task he does not take lightly. He won't brag that he's the perfect warden (far too likely to backfire on him) but there hasn't been an escape that lasted more than three days under his watch.
Perhaps the reason he can so easily keep the weasels contained is due to his bloodline. Sudal's grandfather was a weasel himself, a fact he is not particularly proud of as his grandfather was not a good man. He's carried a distrust for weasels since childhood and views his own status as only good for knowing how weasels think and reason.
He does have his standards for how the prisoners under his watch are treated, but they are quite specific and may only be useful for one particular form of mistreatment. For everything else, well, he hired his guards for a reason.
Sudal will feature as the antagonist in my upcoming AU, which I will give more details for on this blog once I have it uploaded to AO3. Shoutout to @rei-does-stuff and @ceiling-karasu for acting as my sounding boards for this particular character.
