Joohwan is handsome.
He's a closeted gay with a whole story. He's been in a long distance relationship with a woman for years. He even wears a ring. He talks about her all the time, and she's entirely fake. Having a fake fiancé makes him incredibly lonely.
He kissed a guy while drunk in the military once. Sihyun was perfect looks wise....also he was rich and perfect at everything.
Joohwan thinks Sihyun hates him.
Remember Joohwan is just some guy. When his advertising company gets contacted by Director So-and-so he's caught in the crossfire. It gets even more awkward when Sihyun keeps requesting his services specifically.
Sihyun is jealous, petty and weird. Joohwan can't suppress his attraction though, because Sihyun is his perfect type.
Sihyun even gets jealous when Joohwan shows him potential models for the ad shoot. Sihyun is in charge of a fancy new resort on Jeju Island. Hot models by the pool are just a natural thing. Sihyun immediately assumes Joohwan is sleeping with pretty much every attractive man nearby.
Why?
It's sorta presented as a cute misunderstanding, but Sihyun is way too obsessed with his military service buddy from the past. The advertising company his crush works for isn't even that good. He's just shelling out the big bucks so he can sleep with the "manwhore".
Why does Sihyun think he's a manwhore?
It's the ring.
The fake girlfriend.
That's what drives Sihyun so crazy.
He thinks his crush, his first love, is a cheater who sleeps around behind his fiancé's back.
It does get creepy. Sihyun plans to completely ruin Joohwan's personal life and career. He reaaaaallllyyy wants to bang Joohwan. He thinks Joohwan is after every man anyway, so he plans to indulge....and take videos. He'll spread them around and expose Joohwan as a gay cheater.
All because he's heartbroken, because Joohwan kissed him while drunk and treated it like nothing.
Obviously the truth is Joohwan was drunk and deep in the closet, but Sihyun is too obsessed and angry to see that.
Sihyun literally bites all of his fingers raw, as he mulls over his revenge.
The worst part is poor Joohwan doesn't know anything. He doesn't even know Sihyun wants to sleep with him. He certainly doesn't know Sihyun chose his company to see him. He 100% doesn't know Sihyun thinks his closeted ass is a manslut.
All he knows is he can't stop having sexy dreams about his weird client.
I heard this one is supposed to be a comedy, but Sihyun is genuinely creepy.
