ok, so bear in mind that these are for this specific fic. I'll use regular ABO terminology for this ask but I don't in the fic.

Uzair's used to flying under the radar by the time he presents, and is the son of a beta father and omega mother, meaning there's a likelihood he'll just be an omega that doesn't smell like much anyway. It takes him a very long time to get used to smelling like anything, and the newfound attention he gets is also head-spinning.

He gives off pheromones so easily that he's always got to have a little something to stifle himself with - modesty patch, scent dampening clothes, suppressant medicine, but it all still fails around Hamza.

Hamza, at first, is kind of puzzled; sure, Uzair and Rehman were listed as omegas in the files, but he thought that would change their relationship to power a little. It just doesn't. They have a strong grip on the gang, and no one seems to bat an eyelash whenever Uzair Baloch starts to smell indecent.

Hamza fiddles with his presentation in the beginning. He's got medicines to help him present whichever way will be most useful; he thinks beta might be the way, since a lot of Rehman's gang members lean that way (Donga, Siyahi), but realizes after making Uzair's acquaintance, after Uzair can't help but show interest, that being his true self, an Alpha, will be just fine.

Hamza's got a perfect grip on his own scent. He presented at a normal age, has always been comfortable with himself. He starts to let his scent out around Uzair; the alphas in Lyari will use their pheromones as an intimidation tactic, or just to assert themselves, so it's allowed. He does it for a different reason.

Uzair draws his kajal a little thicker, wears a few more bangles. He's shy about it, but still. Hamza notices. Hamza compliments him. He thinks about it for days.
