Yahaba had caught his eye a few times before this. He was a setter as well, and while they probably weren’t on the same skill level, that didn’t make them any less equal to each other. Although kissing the other setter probably wasn’t the smartest option, that didn’t stop him. Akaashi shifted back only slightly; his breath was hot against Yahaba’s wet lips. Was he blushing ? Probably.
