Over the weekend I had the honour of making the talented and beautiful @katrinalaw and @keithandreen baby shower cake! Katrina came to me with an idea for a #panda and #cherryblossom cake and this is the end result! She is truly blessed and I can't wait to meet their new addition to their family! For those that don't know, I used to make cakes professionally prior to cosplay. Everything is made by hand and from scratch, including the fresh strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream filling and chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. The pandas, bamboos, and cherry blossoms are hand sculpted and crafted from sugar. I do not use any preservatives, emulsifiers, shortening, or artificial ingredients. All you get are fresh eggs, rich butter, sugar, fresh fruit, and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
