It’s strange when I look at my life now compared to when I first started this blog. I found religion, I have a thigh gap, I have impulse control, I can base a three tier pyramid, I can maintain friendships. I’m lucky that I got my diagnosis after a string of alarmingly inaccurate ones based on my inability to communicate accurately what was going on in my head. I’m so greatful for the world and my my job and my family. 💖

I don’t like soup but this cauliflower cheese soup was amazing! The top was crispy and then gooey and the soup was smooth with no lumps and it tasted amazing and the cheese pull when you moved the spoon! 😍 Vegetarian cheese and stock so everything was safe to eat. We loved it!
