Ingredients: 2 cups chopped apples. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine chopped apples, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Cook over medium heat until apples are soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and add coconut milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours. Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
