This has been my go-to lately for coffee, especially when it’s hot 🥵 Iced americano with lots of pink salt, some heavy whipping cream, and some keto simple syrup. 💬 update on the liquid sucralose. I don’t buy it or use it anymore :) Gave it up cold turkey 👏🏻 *this syrup is 1/2 cup erythritol or erythritol stevia blend (I used the blend... truvia and swerve are a couple examples) 1 cup of water, and 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum. *In a sauce pot add the sweetener, water, and xanthan gum. Bring to a boil then turn the heat off.
