It’s #TeacherTuesday and cheers to another great transformation! Help me give a big shout out to Mary! 🏅 “A year ago on this second day back to school I would have NEVER thought of myself as a Health Coach! I wondered how I would make it through teaching year 23 on my feet often 10-15 hour days with severe back pain, joint pain, severe foot pain, neuropathy, sleepiness, mentally & emotionally weak, feeling a negative and failure attitude towards most things...as a mom, a teacher, a friend. Something had to change. I could fake my way through most things but I was spent. Defeated. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Tired of failing & I could no longer fake it. Something had to change and I knew it had to be BIG! Enter my health coach, Denise! She guided me through every step of the way and still is. I have not arrived but at least I know what lies ahead for me. Freedom! From so many things! I am most thankful for the mindset shift that this program has taught me. It affects me as a mom, a teacher, and a friend. I’m also thankful for a program that taught me how to sustain healthy habits in an extremely unhealthy world. This program accommodates my busy life style and is extremely easy to follow. I’ve lost 70 lbs but have gained a renewed person in return. I’m still a work in progress!” .
