Everyone thinks Sonny is the one who brings back wounded/lost animals or orphaned/street children but when he marries Gabriella, it’s definitely more so her and when she hears about an orphaned or abandoned newborn baby, and even when they already have six biological children of their own, Gabriella desperately wants to help that baby, to love, raise and adopt it as her and Sonny’s own and honestly she doesn’t have to say or do much if anything to convince Sonny to do it.
