Decorating for Christmas

I must say, I LOVE Christmas! I love the community that happens because of it. Last night my pod of girls decorated our floor. It is so much homier!

We also have owl decals around the pod, they now all have santa hats!

Obviously, I am extremely thrilled about decorating (no surprise). All of us girls had so much fun, honestly it was a great time! 

Okay, after that rant. Community and Christmas. I love the greatness that comes when getting prepared for Christmas. The Christmas music that we begin listening to when we feel it it socially acceptable (as early as possible). Even the snow, I complain about it all the time (not the snow, but the cold that comes along with it). But I love the mysterious, whimsy that it brings. And the cold, its not to bad, it just means I have an excuse to snuggle and hold hands with my man more then usual. ;)  

Oh, and the best part, is the food! I love food. I am just so excited to go home (to a place where I know the kitchen well) and bake to my hearts content (because I can actually chew food now since my surgery!).
