This is where most people fuck up.

Let’s say you have a random passing thought: “SP is probably cheating on me… or how they are treating me, is too good to be true.” Even though they’ve been treating you perfectly and has given you ZERO reasons to doubt them.

You let the thought pass… but then you soon get in the shower and start visualizing arguments about cheating. you might even picture them with another person. You sit with it. You entertain it. You commit to the story.

Now every time their phone dings, you feel insecure.

You start reacting.

You start assuming.

You keep feeding that version of you who is getting cheated on.

Then one day… POOF. 💨 SP cheats.

And you’re shocked.

But reality was only doing its job.

It gave you who you were being.

You built that identity piece by piece: first with the “too good to be true” thought, then with the shower visualizations, then with every insecure reaction. You persisted in it. You chose it. You became it.

Reality doesn’t know what you “want.”

It only knows who you are being.

So be careful what story you commit to — because your experiences will keep feeding that identity right back to you.

You believing your doubt is self sabotage.
