I, the undersigned Soul Bearer, hereby do pledge, give and guarantee my eternal and immortal soul to the undersigned Demon, freely and without undue or excessive coercion.

I relinquish completely unto the Demon all ownership associated with this Soul. No other party in any circumstance has the rights to my Soul.

The only possible way to end the deal is to burn this contract in the Demonic fires of Hell, itself.

No mortal fire or weapon can harm this contract. It shall only be burned in hell, and nowhere else.

In return, my wish is the demon’s command, and he/she shall grant me ________ after selling my mortal soul.

“You are?”

You hear a voice sound from behind you, and you immediately turn around, eyes locking with a man of tall stature. He has his hands full with brown grocery bags, and stands in a confident manner, contrasting the small childlike humanoid standing beside him with a forked tail. The office must belong to one of them.

“I’m… supposed to make a deal.” You say, plucking up as much courage as you could, puffing up your chest. You had to convince him to take you seriously, you thought. Especially if you’ll be signing away your soul.

“Oh! Okay. Hold on,” the taller man seems unsure, but yet he gets to work, placing the bags down on a table, and whispering for the child to leave, before making his way to his desk.

Digging through piles of paper(most of which looked like children’s drawings?!), he finally finds a crumpled contract. Picking up a pen from his desk, he hurriedly signs his name.

“Here. Sign here.” He instructs, placing the pen and paper onto a stack of wild papers on his desk, and you observe the contract hesitantly.

The piece of paper, despite being an official document, is littered in scribbles at the top right, not to mention folded at an edge, likely from being stuffed into a stack.

Nonetheless, you pick up the pen, and look to the tall man for reassurance, which he gives in the form of a lopsided smile.

% Hell is run by Jeong Jaehyun, a demonic creature that took over hell during a period of heavy unrest. Under his guidance, hell was remodelled to bear similarities to earth, with cities that hold the reformed.

% Hell has always been a place where heaven’s rejected creation were dropped, thus resulting in a myriad of interesting organisms, i.e. Chasers, balls of white light that chase hell creatures as part of a amusement park attraction, or Rascals: the mechanics of hell, eternally young baby demons that look and think like children (really adorable btw, Johnny spoils them to bits with candy and hugs).

% Despite all these changes, Hell still keeps an old tradition around. Soul Contracts. Since the population count in hell somehow still remains low, hell needed a way to keep its population up, especially if Jaehyun wanted to hold a candle against the keeper of the Heavens. Nonetheless, takers of the contract have decreased marginally in the last few years.

% Johnny’s treated like a Prince of Hell, only second to Jaehyun, who happens to be his best friend, so he hardly ever gets the chance to become a soul bearer. Therefore when you come to him in hopes of signing a Soul Contract, he’s confused, but ever so welcoming.

Alright. If that’s settled, on to the plots shall we?

A Hell of a lot of Luxury

% Selling your soul to Demon Johnny Suh didn’t just mean you were selling your soul away. It meant you were getting the life of luxury you deserved. In exchange for your soul, the demon agreed to grant you all the riches in the world, anything you asked for on earth, for seven days. After all, you were giving him a form of riches much more than any amount of mortal currency. Your immortal soul.

% In this plot, Johnny will basically be your sugar daddy. He’ll be kind, a little goofy at times, but will generally remain elegant. You are free to transfer to hell at any point you’d like, where you’ll explore riches much more luxurious than anything mortal currency can buy.

A Hell of an Asshole

% You understood he was a demon, but how, even on hell, does such an arrogant man exist? You were signing him your soul for fucks sake. You didn’t want to make a deal with this guy, but if it meant that your wish would come true, then it might just be the only option you had left.

% In this plot, Johnny will be arrogant, rude, and will only do only the bare minimum to grant your wishes. He remains nice to those around him, but of course you will realise that his reputation in hell garners up a lot of fear in anyone but Jaehyun and the Rascals.

A Hell of a Love Story

% You wanted to find love, to fall in love and to be in a proper relationship for all your life, yet you never got close. Every person you'd liked, or fallen in love with for that matter had either been toxic, or had broken your heart. So what option did you have left, you thought, than to sell your soul to a demon in search of true love! Even if your true love would have to be the demon himself.

% In this plot, the story will take place in New Hell City, where Johnny will be your sweet demon boyfriend. Anything is possible, and he'll take you on dates to surreal places. A picnic in a floating pod surrounded by talking birds and butterflies? Check. A patisserie selling treats made with pink strawberries and heart-shaped mini apples? Check. Teach this demon what he doesn't know about love, as he spoils you silly the best he can.
