Let it be known that when Suika was depetrified and working to make the revival fluid she was the only human alive at that point at least when Senku was depetrified the ishigami villages and all the people on treasure island were alive, but when suika woke up it was just her. Noone else.
For 7 whole years she was the only human being alive. And that loneliness whether she realised it or not must've been suffocating. It's rather a good thing she was so occupied with surviving because noone should ever have to live with the knowledge of such a burden especially someone do young
