Breakfast sorted. *Suji toast* Recipe: Ingredients - 1/4 cup sooji/rava, 4 bread slices, 1/2 cup curd, chopped veges (like onion capsicum tomato coriander), oil/ghee/butter, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder. Method - 1. In a bowl take the sooji and add curd to it and mix it Well. One may replace curd with cream or malai. 2. Now to this mix add chopped veges and dry spices like salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix to form a thick paste to stick the bread (not very thin not extremely thick). One may add water to adjust the thickness of paste. 3. Take a slice of bread and apply this paste on one side of the bread. Spread the batter well over it and this layer should be thin for proper cooking. 4. On a non stick pan greased with little oil, put the battered bread. On the leftover side one may apply butter/ghee/oil. 5. Flip the bread till cooked well from both the sides.
