What's cooking? Coffee + Eggs = Scandinavian Egg Coffee! I found this odd coffee brewing style on YouTube whilst sharing a banana with my mom late last night. The method is similar to cowboy coffee, except that you mix eggs and shell with the coffee grounds into a paste and then simmer the said concoction into a pot of hot water. The resulting cup was certainly not bad, quite nice in fact. I used mocha beans in today's brew... I'm looking forward to trying it again with dark roast or espresso roast.
