That's another good point! I don't know exactly how old Mr. Yates is, but the actor who portrays him is apparently ~28, so I'm just going to go with "mid-late 20s" for his character. The age gap is definitely bigger here than it was with the other student/teacher relationships on the show. Still, I don't mean to say that the others were more acceptable...a bit less inappropriate, perhaps, but still unhealthy/awkward/unbalanced. But yeah, thanks for pointing that out! :)
