Summer Break

Wow! I haven’t posted in this blog for so long! Sorry, Mr. Brunette!

So, school ended a few weeks ago for most people...but not for me! York Region District School Board came up with a Credit Strengthening course for this year.

The reason of why I’m taking it is because of my math mark. Yeah, it wasn’t pretty good. Let’s just say that the Credit Strengthening course is suited for students with a mark between the 50s and 60s. I'm currently situated at MMHS (Milliken Mills High School) until Monday. I just had the first portion of my math exam today, and the second portion starts tomorrow. I'm not the type to socialize, and I'm using the extra time tomorrow after exams to socialize with my classmates.

I've also been getting into cards. I learned how to do a shuffling trick that has the word 'ridge' in it, I believe. I'm not exactly sure what the name is for it, but it's a really cool shuffling trick!

Anywho, during graduation, I saw you! I said hello and went off to do something which I don't remember...I also had some mango cake. I don't like cake much and it was very...creamy...

I'm sitting at around a 90% in Math, currently. The stuff we learned in the Credit Strengthening course is extremely easy. It's like basic parabola stuff...I've been getting around 90%-100% on my past tests and quizzes. I was at around an 88% yesterday and I blame it on my dumb mistakes. Mistakes that I completely looked over due to the fact that I don't 'like' looking over my assessments.

The Hogart-Middlefield combination is a great idea! I can't wait to come to your school and see the layout...especially the computer room!

I believe that I showed you a picture of me holding up my t-shirt that I DESIGNED. Dr. Neceski suggested that I should design something next school year and even complimented my graphic designing skills! Being in a family full of people who don't compliment you unless it's perfect or 100% done by just you, I don't receive a lot of compliments, and that's why I enjoy them so much. I almost never receive compliments from my parents so I get a little ecstatic about showing off which is bad...

I've already sent you an e-mail to your...e-mail..? I can't wait to get the postcard. Make sure that the message is extra long, and I'll definitely read your Taiwan blog posts. Sorry for being inactive with posting on this blog. I keep forgetting about it. My memory is pretty bad, you know?

I'm also thinking of signing up for the Co-President position in music council. Hopefully, I can convince Qhoura to stand alongside me as the other Co-President. Mary Pan is also signing up for Secretary, Shalom for Spirit, Anna for Senior Rep...and yeah. 

The females are taking over the department!!!
