No it was for me because Im a lovable sweet person. or wait- it was for my birthday but she had to reveal it beforehand because of ooc issues. ANYWAY, your Sumin and I THINK there was another one who is a spn worker (Sungjong or Joonyoung. I remember one of them working for the government? I think? I just don't remember species). Anyway but that's it, no new comers can be spn and government workers unless they build one hell of a plot that'll make me approve of it. it's simply logical after all, since the gvrnm wants to enslave spn for their own use so-- like yeah??
