Hey Rei's!! What's up ??? It's been Soo long.i actually had to take my exam and I've been going through a lot of changes in my life.but summer is here!!! So it's all about being adventurous and spontaneous 🪷 !!! In my last post I've talked about how to prepare for a summer but now I'm gonna talk about how to romantasize summer so less goooo:
• try TikTok recipes (I rlly recommend making hwanchae it's the best summer snack& it's so easy to make ->
~cut watermelon,banana, pomegranate,grapes any kinds of fruit (the key is to not add sour fruit as it might cause trouble in you stomach🍉🍓🥭
~ place them in a bowl and add milk (I've seen a lot of people adds both sprite and milk do.not.do.that add either milk or sprite
~add numerous amount of ice !!
~ and lastly if you have ice cream 🍦 you add it too.mix everything well and enjoy!!
• take and everything shower and do shower meditation (search it up online)
• make a "to watch" list and watch them whenever you can
• go on a morning walk and watch the sunrise
• go on a shopping spree!! And look for summer things
• if you live near a beach then go spend the afternoon by yourself there
• start doing an online pilates challenge
• make a summer video diary
• don't be afraid to be yourself 🫧
