Tricia looked over to her friend as she lifted her alcoholic beverage to her lips, taking somewhat of a big gulp before responding to what she had said.

“No, no, nooo. You need to make yourself happy first, bitch. Besides, I’m a pain in the ass and am perfectly capable of making myself happy..”

How did they always get here? A normal sleepover always turned into an emotional mess every time alcohol was added into the mix with these two. Grabbing the nearest bottle of whatever they got, Summer downed about a shot or two worth of something immediately regrettable as her throat burned at the taste. The redhead glanced at the label. 

Oh good, whiskey...

“Listen queen, I don’t care how big of a pain in the ass you are sometimes, which you totally are, by the way-- I’m always gonna make sure you’re happy! And I’m not saying that because I don’t think you can handle yourself, it’s just... I dunno, I dragged you and Tammy down into my shit with me, which was- my fault guaranteed. For the longest time, Summer just stared at the message, trying her best to ignore the twinge of guilt building up in the pit of her stomach. As much as she’d like to think she helped her friends live our their wildest dreams and benefitted them in a healthy way, the redhead knew better than anyone that wasn’t true. Summer has dragged the two of them into more shit then they’ll ever need to be in for their entire lifetimes. Sure, some of it was necessity to get by, but now her friends had records with the galactic federation all because of her. Summer was the exact opposite of help to anyone.
