I lost a few more lbs but stabilized it for 2 weeks now (between3-4lbs fluctuation) now I'm back to do another tuff few weeks before Thansgiving come. Goal is to drop 18lbs before then. ...so today breakfast was a #apple lunch is #cheerios ..after work #armday ...gotta take time to do alil #trickortreat🎃 with my daughter... then it's dinner. Sesame ginger chicken with mixed veggies. If I have fuel after doing some graphics, I'll do alil extra cardio b4 bed...
