Wow that's embarrassing. I've put a ton of work into Summerdrive's genius page bc I thought they didn't have one but actually their page is still under their old band name Friends at the Falls and I did all of this work for nothing bc only the artist page creator can change it and they haven't (I think other people should be able to suggest this change and get it approved, but you can't so until the creator logs back in and notices what people have said, it is what it is). No wonder I could never find any of their stuff. idek when they changed their name tbh bc by the time I found them it was different and didn't know I should even look for that. Also can we talk about how Genius is ridiculously hard to use when you're adding stuff to it? Could we not make this any easier? And I don't think I can delete what I've done either, so it's just going to be there forever.

Anyway I had started this journey bc I needed to look up the lyrics to one that spotify didn't have them for and when I looked it up, absolutely nothing came up, but I realized today what the problem was bc it finally let me add and album and as I was typing the names of the songs in, one band name in the suggestions kept coming up and I check and sure enough, there it is. I truly feel like a fool.

I think there's another problem where Genius seems to be pretty unmoderated bc even an ai moderator would figure out what I put in was likely a duplicate. Very sad bc it was a lot of work for nothing.
